Denver Metro Imaging has convenient MRI facilities throughout the area. Your MRI scan will be performed at a location close to your home or place of employment unless your physician prescribes specialized testing or procedures.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

You will need to bring:

• A photo ID
• Your insurance card / information
• The MRI referral prescription from your physician.

If you need to change your MRI appointment, please call Denver Metro Imaging at 303-925-0674. Your physician will be informed of any schedule changes or missed appointments.
